It is confusing which "comment" to choose (the one above or below a message) if you want to respond to the post, though. There should be some kind of divider to clarify. Oh yeah... In the OTRS RECENT BLOG POSTS section, there should be dates to point out when the blog notes were written. I love the new look at the top of the site. I also love my new shirt.
