If you agree that feedback of this type is valuable, perhaps some day soon, after your site is launched and you get a few minutes, you would do the same for my site:  http://www.poolstudent.com.  It’s always easier to see imperfections in someone else’s work than in one’s own, though of course they’re there just the same.

Re: The form in the upper left for signing up for the newsletter:  The fields could be moved left a bit, evening out the white space.  Also the label/answers could be moved down a pixel or two for the same reason.

In your ad for the Frost/Reyes one pocket video, you don’t give a price.  It’s very annoying as a user to click on "Order Now" before you know the price.  You offer a preview, so maybe instead of saying "Order Now" you say something like "See preview" or something like that.  The order page is great, but the banner doesn’t match the new site.  Also, consider offering a discount if they sign up for, or are already on the email list.

On all other pages besides the Reyes/Frost purchase page there’s a standard way to go to any other page, but not here.  I know what to do, and so will many, but eliminating little issues like this moves you from good to great.

The contribute button could used some white space at the top.  Also, indicating that you’re only doing it for a while is good, if it only lasts a week or a month, not 6 months.

The search button below the contribute button looks lost and like it’s somehow associated with the contribute section.  First, search is much more important than this, so put it in the menu, or in a section of the header where people expect to see it.  Second, find a way to standardize the sidebar, so it’s obvious where one thing ends and the next begins.  That would also lend structure and order to your page.  Subtle can be good here, but you need something.

The Frost/Reyes video call to action in the sidebar is a run-on with the sponsors.  Another place separation helps each thing stand out better.

On the opportunities page, the fields in the form need to be lowered somewhat.  Also, in this, the contact form, and in the comments section, the "Comments" field isn’t blue like the others.  Consistency is very important.  Not having it blue raises unnecessary questions in the user’s mind.

There are little graphics to the left of all the items in the footer.  They’re very small, and my vision isn’t perfect, but they look like the graphic that is used to indicate that a link goes off-site, but these links don’t.

In the blog, there’s no indication at the bottom (or anywhere else I saw) that there are additional articles/posts to read.  Maybe you just didn’t put them in the DB for this beta, but in a test site you should test everything.

Again, I hope you don’t take this the wrong way, I like your new site. Keep up the good work.

New site design is much better.  I like your black top banner— sell ad space and rotate banner ads.  Make sure you have your meta tags defined and also pay a lot of attention to your website copy— use pool, billiard, and streaming as often as possible so google spiders can rank your content.

Good job – looks good.
